Roshan Yadav, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) in the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Nagpur, was awarded the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service. Yadav has made significant contributions in fighting corruption, particularly in sensitive areas like Gadchiroli and Gondia, which are affected by Naxal activity. He has been involved in several successful operations against Naxals, including the seizure of important materials and the recovery of bodies during operations in dense forests.
Yadav has also worked in various districts such as Nagpur, Gondia, and Chandrapur, where he led efforts against inter-state gangs involved in ATM thefts, robberies, and other serious crimes. His also did Grey Hound Commandos training at Hyderabad and also excelled in sports as well.
