The illegal land allotment took place just before Eknath Shinde’s rebelled in the party. As per the orders of the Supreme Court, public utility land cannot be given to any person. However, Sattar did it by overruling orders of Washim District Court, he said and demanded resignation of Sattar.Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) legislator Eknath Khadse alleged massive corruption on parts of the minter and said that orders were given to the officials of Agriculture department for collection of Rs 15 crore. Khadse demanded an inquiry into the matter alleging that the Minister of SHinde-Fadnavis government indulged in illegal collection.
